VIVAT Basic GmbH was founded especially for the sale of the prospectus-based Multitalent BASIC products.
A sales prospectus for investments is prepared in accordance with the guidelines of the Small Investor Protection Act for this purpose.
As a result, four Multitalent BASIC products were issued which comply with the guidelines of BaFin, in order to guarantee sales in Germany.

All the requisite documents were translated into French and partly into Flemish, and new sales documents were designed.
In 1981, this 3-part prefabricated building was erected in Oberlausitz. Since the closure of this former officers' barracks, no further renovation measures were carried out and the building became increasingly outdated.
